Total Thickness Variation (TTV) within 1 µm can be easily achieved to meet tomorrow’s Silicon on Insulator (SOI), Direct Water Bonding (DWB), and Silicon Fusion Bonding (SFB) wafer bonding technology, as far as its dedications to larger diameter silicon wafers.
